On July 23, Gabriel Dimitri Decker (lovingly known as Gabe) found his forever home all the way from an orphanage in Russia. He has been with his forever family for a week and is touching the hearts of everyone in our community.
Following are pictures that I have"confiscated" from the blog of Gabe's forever mom...and from Facebook. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, so I drool over every picture I find of him.

This event has been one of the high lights of our summer. Amidst all the doom and gloom that we face every day from the media PLUS the extreme drought and heat, Gabe and his family have brought newfound smiles to faces in our community.
