Just look around you..
In every city, town, community, there are wonderful things happening. Most recently in our town, a blessed event took place...the 75th wedding anniversary of a beautiful little couple that has been a part of this area for many, many years.

This happy occasion took place on Saturday, November 10, the same weekend that we were out of town and we didn't get to attend! But sometimes, a person has to do what a person has to do!

Cotton and Marie are a precious couple. I have the pleasure of being a friend of one of their daughters who lives right here in our Hometown. .

I had tears in my eyes, reading that article. They're blessed to be so happy (especially since some ppl can't get married, and others can't stay married for very long)

My folks made it 64yrs before Dad passed. I gotta come up with a good celebration in June for us- 35 yrs.
75 years? GOOD GRIEF! I cannot imagine staying with Mr. Mayhem that long! (hee-hee)
