Midwives Breakfast Club

Today, the Midwives Breakfast Club met,

with Kacy as the targeted obstetric subject.

Here she is in all her expectant splendor.

Naaaahhhh! I'm just teasing.

Well...you can tell by the picture I'm not teasing about the expectant mother,
but I am teasing about the Midwives Club!

She did tell us that if she went into labor while at the meeting, she had a book on delivery in her car that told, step by step, how to do it!

Today, our county hosted the Tri-County Rally Day for the county T.E.E.A. clubs. This is an annual affair of Texas Extension/Education Association.

We have a great get together with lots of good food, good fellowship, and great programs.

Kacy presented the morning program on Clay Sculpting. Besides being a great little artist, she is such a talented entertainer. The women were kept laughing by her antics as well as her dexterity with clay.

Here she is beginning a demonstration
of her sculpting skill...beginning with a
blob of clay on an easel.

How about punching in
eye sockets?
and inserting a dental plate!

Nearing completion, Kacy has molded
a unique looking man with a cheery smile!

Our town is so fortunate to have Kacy, Wes, Kyson (22 months old) and soon....very soon....another little boy! This little family is a tremendous asset to our community.

As soon as we get that baby here, we have a LOT of community work for Kacy to tackle.

Peace to your household!
