Will I Get The E-Mail?

Do you have friends that seem to always "have it all together"?

Always display wisdom and discernment?

Always seem to have the 'touch of God's Spirit' about them?

I do. And it's because they DO have the touch of God's Spirit! They study His Word and ask His guidance in their daily walk, in everything they do or say.

And here I am, and here I go....most things I do or say being spontaneous and without much thought. At the time, I might say..."Well God, here I go! Come along if you will..."

I WANT to do better. I SAY I'm going to do better. What's taking me so long?

Maybe I need to go along with One Day At A Time. TODAY I will ask advice and seek wisdom.


Phillipians 4:8-9
8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

One day God was looking down at Earth and saw all of the rascally behavior going on.

So He called one of His angels and sent the angel to Earth for a time.

When he returned, he told God, "Yes, it is bad on Earth; 95% are misbehaving and only 5% are not."

God thought for a moment and said, "Maybe I had better send down a second angel to get another opinion."

So God called another angel and sent him to Earth for a time. When the angel returned, he went to God and said, "Yes, it's true. The Earth is in decline; 95% are misbehaving, but 5% are being good."

God was not pleased. So He decided to e-mail the 5% that were good, because he wanted to encourage them, and give them a little something to help them keep going.

Do you know what the e-mail said?

Okay, I was just wondering, because I didn't get one either.
