Out of control again!
We've just started the month long (or, guess it's about 6 weeks) of the Holiday season and I'm eating like a pig! (wearing lipstick of course)
I posted in July, 2007 about this same subject. I made some changes and began to show some improvement and now I've fallen off the wagon again; right into the heaps of stuff that swine eat...anything that is thrown their way.
