My Front PorchI love my front porch! When we came back home, looking for a house to buy, I bought this porch! I was just lucky there was a house attached.
You can tell that spring is just around the corner. My thoughts have turned to the outside and thinking about times we spend on our front porch!
If the world had a front porch
like we did back then
we'd still have our problems
but we'd all be friends
Treating your neighbor
like he's your next of kin
Wouldn't be gone like the wind
If the World had a front porch,
like we did back then

I love that front porch too!
I love a front porch, and yours is wonderful. Some of my best memories are of a house which is no more, with a wonderful porch. We would sit out there in all weathers, reading the papers, drinking tea and coffee and wine, solving the problems of the world and watching the world go by. I miss that porch.
Wish I was drinkin' some tea, rockin' on that porch solving the worlds' problems w/ya. Maybe someday.
oh yea, go ahead and rub it in! lol, i am a porch freak, i have always wanted a great front porch, and i know when i get to heaven i will have one, hopefully with a house attached too! i will sit out on it and drink iced tea and visit with you.
LOOKS LIKE A GOOD PLACE TO SHELL BLACKEYED PEAS OR DRINK MINT JULIPS.
I just enclosed mine.....The wife sits there drinking her coffee in the morning...On warm days....spring just around the corner....stay well...
oh my, your porch is just gorgeous.... I dream of having a doodle house with a porch... its always been a dream of mine.... daft right lol..
