Small Town, USA

Only in Small Town, USA do you see scenes such as pictured below. On warm days, Mr. A walks around the block and meets Mr. B at the corner of Mr. B's block.
Mr. A uses a walking cane to keep him upright and Mr. B sits on his walker-on-wheels. They visit and solve the problems of the world right there on the corner.
This is what I love about small, rural towns...the laid back, cozy atmosphere where neighbors look out for each other. And, in a town as small as our's, your neighbor can be the one clear across town.
These gentlemen don't know that I took their picture. I was standing on my front porch across the street. But I doubt that either of them will ever know that their picture is on worldwide web.
And, by the way, Mr. A's name really begins with an A; Mr. B's name really begins with B!

Peace to your household!

Great photo. Got to love small town America. Perhaps if I ever hit it big and can afford to retire.....

What did you teach? At 50 something, I'm trying to learn how to write, something I should have learned in 8th grade.
