Random Thoughts

It seems as if every new day brings news of a new disaster. We have been engulfed with the recent news coverage of the fires in the Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma. If it's not the fires in Texas, it's the tornadoes in the North East. Yes, the world has been plagued with natural disasters for centuries. In my lifetime, I can recall many instances of devastating occurrences of nature. Even so, have there been so many occurring simultaneously?

It seems to me that "our attention" is being requested. There is a scripture from the Book of Isaiah that has been brought to my mind. I wonder how many others have been thinking along these lines.

Isaiah 34 (The Message)

"Draw in close now, nations. Listen carefully, you people. Pay attention!
Earth, you too, and everything in you. World, and all that comes from you."

And, why do you think we've been told to listen carefully? Because, God is angry! He will bring this world back to Him...one way or another. Check out Isaiah 34 for yourself.

Now....what do you think?

God Bless until next posting.
