The Beginning

Last Thursday evening, in the scorching heat, a group of home loving people met at the recently acquired "old church" for the first scheduled workday for our future "My Hometown Community Theater". Because of the heat, we met late (7:00 p.m.), not leaving much daylight time to work in a dark church. But, it is incredible at the work that this group can put out! The slogan for this wonderful bunch of people should be "Have Broom, Will Travel!".

Not only will there be scheduled times for work detail but it will be a time of fellowship and fun. It's funny how, when you're having a good time, you don't notice the heat or "bees buzzing around your head".

Hopefully, through the efforts of this group, and others that will join, we will all experience a growth in relationships, pride, and love for Our Hometown.

Who's behind the Mask????

You can't have a work detail without a SUPERVISOR!!!

This gentleman is the oldest person of the group but he keeps up with the youngest!! An inspiring supporter and friend.
