This was a common sight throughout the day...people munching down on cold slices of watermelon!! Drip, drip, drip!!

And, what is a festival without the tatoo booth? Kids love it!

This 2003 Corvette, which was the 50th Anniversary of the Corvette, was entered in the car show by a mother/daughter team...which just happens to be family! They won a 3rd place trophy in the Corvette division and $50.00 for distance!

And, here they are!

This young gentleman entertained 'under the trees' all afternoon. I never did hear his name but he was from Austin. Let me say that he was an excellent guitarist!!
He was so funny when he referred to Knox City as "the City of Knox". Now isn't that an eloquent name...."the City of Knox"? You've got to love it!!

And, I would call this..."The end of a perfect day!"
Isn't she wonderful? Not a care in the world and in perfect peace!
God bless the children!!
