On Saturday morning, the parade got cranked up and moving by 10:00 a.m.

After the parade, there was BBQ lunch sponsored by the Senior Class. There was certainly no lack of food during the day.

At 1:00 p.m. a welcoming program was held in the High School Auditorium. The speaker was a local graduate of 1970 who is currently serving as Director of Administration with the Dallas Central Appraisal District.

Following the afternoon program, Homecoming attendees went to their respective class meetings, held in various locations through out the town. It's at these meetings that much 'embroidering' of tales takes place. It seems like the memories of high school antics gets bigger and wilder every time I hear about them. But that's what makes it all so much fun.
