Thanksgiving has come and gone. Hubs' birthday has come and gone. No more celebrations until December....UNLESS my birthday is celebrated next week!
I have 29 days to do all that should have already been done. I have become the biggest procrastinator of all time. (probably from reading too many blogs!!) And, I've been caught!
Furniture has been moved around today, to make room for an unexpected purchase by Hubs. I've got the room for it... now he has to get it assembled. When he gets this done, I'll post a picture!
Christmas Tree is in place but not decorated....though I was wise enough (finally) to get one of those pre-lighted trees! At least I don't have to deal with lights!
Stacks of clutter have to be disposed of....not my clutter, of course...but that of Hubs! He's the saver and the stacker!
Yes, December is going to be busy. Blogging will be sporadic at best...especially the posting of new entries. Hopefully, I'll still make time to visit and drop a hello every now and then.
On Saturday, December 22, our children are planning to have an afternoon reception in honor of our 50th Wedding Anniversary! That's all we know. No details have been divulged.
I'm sure that will be my blogging fodder for the latter part of December!

Congratulations [ahead of time, just in case] on your 50th wedding anniversary! And in ref to the Christmas, I always wait for the last minute, but this year I sent my Christmas cards on the 1st day of November! Yes! Have a fine Texas evening.

December gets a little like that. It sounds like you have lots of family time and celebrating ahead of you. Enjoy it, especially your birthday and your wedding anniversary.
