Peace to your household!Another inspiration from another blogger!
Correction.
She's not a blogger, but the wife of a blogger, Mr. Crabby Old Man himself. "Crabby's Boss" makes occasional comments on posts of my blog. In response to the post "Humble Yourselves..." she added another very important scripture that we, as God's people, should keep in mind always!
More than being just 'Crabby's Boss', she is one of the dearest friends I have. Firstly, she is a lover of God and his creations of nature; secondly she loves her family; and thirdly she is a stand by her friend person. I love her dearly!
Proverbs 3: 5-6 (NIV)
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,and he will make your paths straight." (NIV)

2 Chron 7:14 is a promise from God, and an avenue for escape for our Nation. I like that. My other favorite scripture Prov 3:5 & 6 helps us make good decisions if we trust in God & Acknowledge him for all he does for us. Hope your eye test comes out good.

The eye appointment went well. My eye pressure had gone up but not enough to put it in a danger zone. No significant change in nerve damage.
I am getting some new "work" glasses to use with the computer (intermediate vision) with a bi-focal inset for even closer work.
Looks like "I'm Good" until October 20, when I have to go back for pictures of the back of my eyes.

Another great Quilt entry!
God Bless America!

Thursday of this week we are leaving for a "long week-ender" to that magical kingdom of Houstonland where the little Prince and Princess dwell.

Have a great day and peace to you...

Ohh...! Yes, I never seem to have properly noticed the promise in that scripture *although it was given to me as a bookmark countless times! :-)*

After You posting about my BRIDE she had to stretch her hat over a # 3 wash tub to get it on her big head, But God I do love that woman big HEAD and all.
lovely post Inspired!
I often cling to the words of my preacher who said, "Pray for the strength to accept God's will, not the power to change it."
I'm still working on that one!
Have a lovely trip!

Ever go to the Amish quilt auction in Indiana? Probably not, but the Amish fetch thousands of dollars per quilt. All the money goes to the Mennonite Relief Fair. Cool. And really cool quilts.
eve: So many promises! And, so often, we have difficulty pulling them out from the recesses of our mind, when they are so needed!!
tammie: Love ya, girl!! See you next week...
crabby: I sure would love to see that BIG HEAD!! Keep the fire stoked and the biscuits made!
WHT: Thanks for your visit, Angel! Have a good week!
Queen: You must be "on the mend"! Glad you visited. And, believe me, I work on the same thing! Will have pictures of the "precious ones" when I post again!
dirt farmer: You did it again...given me what I need!
Dorky: Not in Indiana...but I've been to something similar in Pennsylvania! Great stuff! Always enjoy a visit from you. Take care of 'Wife and Boy'!
