I'm a collector of good stuff. He's a collector of junk!
I've even posted about my plans to get rid of STUFF in 2007. Of course, that means good riddance to his stuff....not mine! Well...we're well into the year of 2007 and both of us still have our stuff.
But really! I'm not kidding you. I've got some really good stuff! How do you get rid of really good stuff? All of my stuff is a reflection of my love for home....or, at least, that's how I look at it!
One of my oldest collections is a collection of clown figurines.
This is the little guy that launched the collection. I bought him on our first excursion to Las Vegas! We stayed at the Circus Circus for three days and nights. What a fun trip that was!

For years, I always knew what I would get for my birthday, for Christmas, for Mother's Day, for Valentine Day, for Easter, for St. Patrick's Day, for Thanksgiving, for Arbor Day, and for any other special day that happened to occur.
I've enjoyed this collection and it has been the object of good conversation for many years.
I think this is a keeper. I'll find something else to throw away!!

I once heard it said..."there's nothing wrong with being a pack rat as long as you're an organized pack rat". Your collection looks very organized and all in place.
I learned my lesson about collecting tins and cookie jars. Once I got 1 or 2 EVERYONE starting giving me them! sis from the usa
