Our daughter and her husband own the house behind us though no one is there often. It has been used the past few years as an "over-flow" cottage when the kids come home. Hubs tries to keep the grass knocked down and the curb edged so it doesn't look completely vacated.
Back to my post...
I was in our back yard doing some edging and I heard Hubs yell from the other side of the fence...."Come here QUICK and bring your camera"!!
This is what he had discovered, curled up in the corner of the carport...

Four Kittens!
Don't know if someone owns the Mama or if she's just a stray. But we DO have a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood. But, guess what? As far as I know, No One has a problem with mice!!
Looks like we may have new neighbor cats around! I've never been a lover of cats but....I may become one! They are so stinkin' cute when they're little!

I had such a fantastic comment Iwas going to leave you with and puschhhhhh!! it was gone the moment I started typing....I use to have a mind like a sieve,,,now its like air.....OH!!! it's back, my neice called me from lubbock and it was 100 there and she said she still went yard saling....The spelling doesn't look right but I think it is......anyway,,,Nice cats if you like cats....me I can take them or leave them. They are nice to have around when your sick,,,for company......stay well....
